A.  Our address is 1875 N. A.  About 44 years.  My family has roots in Coeur D Alene dating back to 1965.  I have 9 siblings and most live and work in the N. Idaho area.  My family’s “claim to fame” is the Topper Drive Ins which operated from the 1960’s into the 1990’s.  Our youngest daughter attends Charter Academy, our son attends the University of Idaho, and our oldest daughter is living and working in Canada.   I am active in church and civic organizations in the Coeur D Alene area.

A.  Absolutely, but I would first need to get licensed for securities and insurance in the state of residency of your referral if need be.  I am willing to do this as I know how difficult it is at times to find an Advisor someone is comfortable with.  Between phone, fax, FedEx and teleconferencing – you might as well be next door.

A.  There is no specific minimum that has to be invested; however, we work comprehensively with clients who have at least $100,000 in investable assets, including retirement plans.

A.  Help is just a phone call away.  If you have an urgent matter, we will try to accommodate you in our schedule.  If we have a public seminar in the near future, we would invite you to attend.  We always offer an initial consultation at no charge - so you have a chance to meet us and we can show how we may be able to best create value for you.

Prior to your first appointment, we will send you an introductory packet of information - including Pat Wardian’s “Personal Interview CD”.  Listening to this  20 minute Audio CD will give you a good understanding of what we offer prior to our meeting.

A.  That’s okay.  As I always say, “no one has a monopoly on good ideas”.  A second opinion can be invaluable.  The background, training and strategies I offer are unique in many ways to my practice.  I may simply have financial planning ideas or tools in my toolbox that another Advisor may not have access to that can benefit you.  In my opinion you should always get a second opinion in matters as important as your financial future.

A.  Of course.  If you have an established relationship with Attorneys or CPA’s, I will be glad to interface with them.  Financial, tax and legal decisions tend to be inter-connected – and any decision we make in one area needs to be looked at from all 3 sides of the equation.

A.  We do not provide legal, accounting, or tax return preparation services.  However, we do work closely with local professionals.   We will refer you to those who specialize in the issues that affect your planning.  We do not receive a “referral fee” or any other compensation from any CPA or Attorney we may refer you to.

A.  That is one of our areas of specialization.  Pat Wardian is a member of the Ed Slott Elite IRA Advisor Group™.  Ed Slott is considered to be one of the nation’s leading expert on issues concerning IRA’s, 401(k)’s, 403(b)’s and other Qualified Retirement plans.

A.  Receiving good advice and determining the “Purpose” and “Goals” you have for your new wealth is the first step.  This will result in a roadmap to help better protect and plan for your inheritance and the potential benefits it may bring for your family - you do not “waste” your inheritance.  You only get it once – so make good decisions at the start.

A.  First and foremost, I am a “Purpose Driven Advisor” – not “Product Driven”.   Some insurance agents or investment advisers may tend to favor certain products and strategies that are closely aligned to their company’s product lines and services I am licensed in both Securities and Insurance.  I have no pre-set agenda.  Many times, I find the most beneficial retirement plans use a combination of insurance and securities tools.  An example planning tool that helps us do this is our proprietary “Asset Cycle Portfolio System®”.

A.  We are proud members and in good standing of the BBB Better Business Bureau of N.
